CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Floater to assist in various production tasks, operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and ensure smooth production flow. The role requires quick learning, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports a range of duties from setup and equipment prep to material handling and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating machinery, assembling components, and packaging finished products.
• Assist in setup and preparation of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Follow established production procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on products and materials for defects or deviations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and manage tools and materials.
• Assist in material handling and inventory documentation and storage.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Cross-train in different production roles to provide support as needed.
• Comply with all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Suggest process improvements to contribute to production success.
