Ideal candidates will learn quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and work well in teams onsite in Pennsylvania. The role supports cross-training across production areas and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Experience as a CMM Operator preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different tasks and roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate machinery.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and overtime.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks, operate machinery, assemble components, and package finished products.
• Assist in setup and preparation of production equipment.
