Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different production tasks and roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good hand-eye coordination to operate machinery and assemble products.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating machinery, assembling components, and packaging finished products.
• Assist in setup and preparation of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Follow established production procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on products and materials to identify defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of tools and materials.
• Assist in material handling and inventory management with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve issues.
• Cross-train in different production roles to provide coverage as needed.
• Comply with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
