Job summary

Ardent Mills in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Utility Operator to support sanitary operations and learn two plant positions for flexibility. You will perform daily cleaning, assist in basic process maintenance, and participate in safety and PPE protocols. This role offers shift differentials and opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Working on-site, you must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in hot/cold environments, and adapt to changing schedules including OT and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year manufacturing or plant operations experience.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of floors, equipment, roofs and outdoor grounds.
• Cross-train in at least two operator jobs.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies.
