Ardent Mills is seeking a Utility Operator in Kenosha, WI to maintain sanitary conditions and become cross-trained in at least two plant operator positions. The role supports safety culture and potential promotion opportunities as vacancies arise.

Key duties include routine cleaning, basic process maintenance, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM are available, with a base pay of $20 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English both written and verbally.
• Proficient in computer tools including email and spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Routine cleaning of floors, equipment, roofs and outside grounds in any department there is a need.
• Specialized cleaning tasks such as bin cleanings, rebolt sifter, filter sock changes
• Basic process maintenance.
• Get cross-trained in at least two different operator jobs.
• Responsible for understanding and following all personnel and equipment safety policies; Sanitation policies; following all Business Unit policies and procedures.
• Special duties assigned by management.
