Job summary

IQ Resource Group is recruiting for a 3rd shift mill operator for a manufacturer in the Two Rivers area. This is a full-time, long-term position working Sunday through Thursday with almost no weekend work required. The client offers a family-friendly environment and excellent benefits with hire.

Location: Two Rivers, WI. Pay starts at $18.00/hour and up depending on experience. Hours are 11:00pm–7:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with very little overtime or weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to fill in forms accurately.
• Good observation skills.
• Good troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate textile mill machines.
• Feed raw materials into the mill ensuring proper weights and materials are loaded.
• Monitor webber for build up of fiber and remove as needed.
• Monitor saturator screen to keep clean and running properly.
• Adjust machine as needed.
• Move constantly to monitor several areas of the machine.
• Use forklift to move products throughout the facility.
• Assist in unloading incoming orders from trucks to use in production area.
• Help in all other areas as needed.
