Job summary

HealthPartners in Minnesota is seeking qualified candidates for a patient-facing role supporting basic care, ancillary services, and clinic operations. The position supports providers and staff by assisting with rooming, vital signs, meds administration, and documentation, while adhering to PNHS standards and policies.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about serving the transgender and gender diverse community, and will hold LPN, MA, or EMT credentials with current BLS certification from AHA

Qualifications

• BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. Online BLS certification is not acceptable.
• Open to filling this position with LPN, MA, or EMT; requirements for each outlined in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document visit information (height, weight, blood pressure).
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed by clinician.
• Ensure all components of the standard rooming process are completed.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
