Job summary

CoWorx is seeking dependable machine operators to join our Sanford, Maine production team, with cross-training between the Extrusion Line and the Atom Press to learn multiple manufacturing processes and grow skills. Candidates with manufacturing experience or transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliable transportation are essential. Two shifts are available: 2nd shift 3:15 PM–11:15 PM and 3rd shift 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Transferable skills from other industries encouraged.
• Excellent attendance and dependability are required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Work on both the extrusion line and atom press after training.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with production goals and team objectives.
• Work overtime when needed.
