Technoform-Caprano-Brunnhofer-Gmb seeks an Extrusion Operator for the 2nd shift (1:30pm-10:00pm) in Twinsburg, OH. You will operate a co-extrusion line for custom plastic profiles, perform set-ups and changeovers, and assist with quality data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a co-extrusion process of custom plastic profiles.
• Service, repair, and operate extrusion equipment.
• Assist in initial line setup and change overs following posted schedule.
• Help in data reporting for quality control and production.
• Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process in accordance with quality standards.
• Blend materials and load hoppers to meet product specifications and order needs.
• Perform testing using calipers and other measurement processes per product specs.
• Carry out inspections and maintenance of production lines and assist with repairs.
• Maintain 5S and LEAN manufacturing practices; training provided.
• Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Operate tow-motor after certification to load and unload raw materials.

Extrusion Operator - 2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10:00pm

Candidates who accept an offer must complete a background check and drug & alcohol test.

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for any employer.

Your Tasks:

• Operate a co-extrusion process of custom plastic profiles
• Service, repair, and operate extrusion equipment
• Assist in initial line setup and change overs following posted schedule
• Help in data reporting for quality control and production
• Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process in accordance with quality standards
• Blend materials and load hoppers to meet product specifications and order needs
• Perform a variety of mechanical and physical testing required per product specification and quality assurance using calipers and other measurement processes
• Carry out inspections and maintenance of production lines and assist with repairs
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methods (training will be provided)
• Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety metrics
• Operate tow-motor after certification to load and unload raw materials
