Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform minor repairs (locks, windows) as required.
• Undertake pest control tasks such as insecticide spraying.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good condition.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance.
• Mow, weed eat, and trim hedges; maintain equipment.
