Qualifications

• Experience with small engine repair (2-cycle and 4-cycle).
• Prior experience sharpening mower blades.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on mowers, tractors, and small engines.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on mowers, tractors, and small engines
• Grinding reels and bed knives, sharpening rotary blades to keep mowing equipment in top shape
• Diagnosing and repairing 2‑cycle and 4‑cycle engines, both gasoline and diesel‑powered
• Following proper procedures for recycling and disposal of fluids (oil, antifreeze, filters, etc.)
• Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized
• Reporting equipment needs and repair concerns to the Equipment Manager or Superintendents

What We’re Looking For:
