Green Thumb Industries operates a facility requiring a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager with routine and preventative tasks. You will work on equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility upkeep, contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required; some college or college graduate preferred.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry.
• Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
• Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
• Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
• Must work well with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of GTI.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties safely following company rules and policies.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs; troubleshooting and preventative maintenance as necessary.
• Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facility.
• Perform routine filter cleaning and replacement on HVAC units and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Develop knowledge concerning equipment in the facility.
• Maintain knowledge of plumbing, electrical, irrigation, HVAC and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and required training.
