Job summary

ABM Industries in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations, perform general building maintenance, and respond to trouble calls. You will handle electrical, plumbing, and light mechanical tasks and coordinate with the Facilities Lead.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in production or warehouse settings, solid problem-solving, and the ability to read work orders in English. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two plus years’ experience in production and/or warehouse preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to read and close work orders in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle special work assignments and trouble calls.
• Perform basic maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and document work orders.
