Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections of facility and equipment, troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Performs/moderate to complex electrical repairs and modifications.
• Performs/moderate to complex plumbing repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex general carpentry and painting tasks.
• Assists with trash pickup and interior/exterior cleaning.
• Resolves problems within scope of authority and escalates beyond it to supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
