Job summary

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to construct, repair and maintain building surfaces and furnishings, ensuring a safe, pleasant environment for patients and staff. You will handle carpentry, drywall, doors, painting and general maintenance, with exposure to HVAC, electrical repairs, fire safety equipment, generators, and pumps.

Winter duties include snow removal and salting; on-call shifts are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school preferred.
• 2 years experience in electric, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of maintenance, power and hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stand for periods of time.
• On-call shift responsibilities are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair and maintain building surfaces and furnishings to create a safe, pleasant environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Perform carpentry tasks: drywall, framing, doors, door locks, sanding, painting, molding and cove base.
• Address HVAC and electrical issues; check fire safety equipment, generators and pumps.
• Winter duties include shoveling snow and spreading salt to prevent ice buildup.
• Flexibility for on-call shifts; lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
