Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep in-store equipment running smoothly, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

You’ll respond to service requests, manage parts inventory, and file daily reports while guiding junior technicians and prioritizing tasks. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stretch assignments and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repair of in-store equipment (beverage, food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work.
