Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll respond to service requests for repairs on beverage, food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, while handling plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

You’ll also manage parts inventory and train junior technicians in a fast-paced retail setting. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities as part of mentoring other level I technicians.
• Strong communication for cross-team coordination and field reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritise work, maintain structures, and support store operations.
