Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You’ll respond to service requests for minor repairs on beverage, food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers, and handle related plumbing/electrical tasks.

The role offers a $18.00-$32.00 hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth. A High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year maintenance experience, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Also handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Training other level I technicians and prioritizing work; basic maintenance on structures.
