Job summary
Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to optimize maintenance of factory equipment and improve production line performance. You will diagnose failures, determine root causes, and influence design improvements while maintaining a safe work environment to boost quality and reduce waste.
The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and control systems expertise, and involves supporting a team on the line through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge to support production line maintenance and safety.
- Planning preventative and predictive maintenance across production areas.
- Understanding mechanical motion, spare parts planning, and safety procedures.
- Electrical components replacement and safe troubleshooting of circuits.
- Knowledge of PLCs and factory networks and control software.
- Ability to learn new systems and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize maintenance plan yearly, monthly, weekly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control issues to reduce downtime.
- Implement corrective actions and contribute to cost savings initiatives.
- Support line technical team and drive improvement projects.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
