Henkel Ltda in United States, West Hazleton, PA is hiring for a Resource Operator Technician in a 3rd shift role. You will rotate between operating production equipment and shipping/receiving to support manufacturing needs and ensure safety procedures are followed.

You will perform quality checks using basic computer tools (Word/Excel) and be ready to adapt to new tasks while backing up outages in various production areas.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with operating forklifts and production equipment.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely following all procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer for the completion of quality checks and downtime entry for tracking, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Gain multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas
• Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors
