Job summary

Henkel is seeking a production worker for the United States, Geneva, NY location. The role involves operating machines, setting up equipment, and monitoring output quality to ensure products meet specifications.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma/HSE, the ability to work 2nd shift, and solid English communication and math skills. OT may be required and physical duties include lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and more than 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely per instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specs.
• Monitors output quality and discards faulty products if needed.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly; occasional >50 pounds; long periods.
