Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine building and grounds maintenance. The role includes painting, drywall repair, lawn care, and basic kitchen equipment repairs, with a valid license required.

You will also drive shuttles, inspect equipment, and assist resort staff with facility services while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with hand and power tools is essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for basic documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttles and operate vehicles safely according to schedules.
• Maintain buildings and grounds, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and plumbing fixes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic equipment diagnostics.
• Record logs of work performed using maintenance software.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and custodial tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of passengers and goods during transport when applicable.
