Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and remedial maintenance of shop and bus servicing equipment including bus washer systems, fueling stations and shop equipment.
• Laying out and constructing structural framing, including walls, roofs, and stairs.
• Installing repairing and replacing door jams and doors, drop ceilings, drywall and partitions.
• Repairing and replacing fence posts and chain link fences.
• Installing lock systems and related equipment; performing preventive and remedial maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintenance of landscape and all other groundskeeper duties as assigned.
