Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical Journeyman License, HVAC Technician license, or Plumbing Journeyman License with 4+ years of verifiable building maintenance experience.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable to perform essential duties.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and repairs building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and coordinates with contractors.
• Ensures code compliance with City, State, and County regulations.
• Maintains access controls, door hardware, and security systems.
• Collects quotes for repairs and assists in budget preparation.
• Trains other technicians and participates in on‑call/off‑hour rotations.
