City of South Fulton is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to perform repairs and coordinate building maintenance across City-owned facilities in multiple locations. The role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

• Three (3) years of experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical or equivalent.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled/manual work in general maintenance of assigned facilities, including plumbing systems, tile flooring, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine semi-skilled maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and available for use.
• Repair and maintain facilities and equipment; perform construction, repair, and installation tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and landscaping.
