Job summary

Candidates should have at least one year of general maintenance experience, with proficiency in painting, drywall, carpentry, and related trades. A valid Texas Driver License is required.

Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience required or preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC repair or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate and read test meters and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior household repairs.
• Repair drywall and paint building interiors and exteriors.
• Decide material quantities for repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry repairs including doors, frames, cabinets.
• Inspect and repair HVAC systems and related appliances.
• Inspect, repair, and install electrical and gas boilers.
• Repair plumbing equipment and water lines; unclog drains.
• Read meters and use gauges to measure electrical parameters.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and wiring in homes.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and power tools.
• Assist in coordinating work with staff and visitors.
