Responsibilities

• Assemble products, tooling, and custom shop projects.
• Manage shop inventory and help coordinate material ordering.
• Assist with CNC machining and keep parts moving through production.
• Operate and manage 3D printers.
• Handle parts and material pickups using a company vehicle.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets J&J standards.
• Support internal shop projects and general production needs.
