Job summary

Klingbeil Capital Management in Parker, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities. You’ll apply meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving to keep properties in top condition and residents happy.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, preparing apartments for move‑in, upkeep of the building and grounds, and responding to after‑hours emergencies on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills.
• HVAC certification required or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of service tickets and preventative maintenance.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Maintain building and grounds, including snow removal and cleanliness.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
