Job summary

District130 is seeking a Custodian/Maintenance personnel responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe and operational for students and staff. The role requires knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid Illinois driver's license, and preferred trade experience. Starting salary is $24.88 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work independently and cooperatively.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State of Illinois driver's license.
• Three years' experience in a skilled trade(s) preferred.
• Specialized skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and/or HVAC trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Inspects facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepares and maintains documentation for work orders.
