Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking an Equipment Operator for its Rosemount, MN facility. This onsite role handles unloading rail cars and barges, loading trucks, and operating a range of equipment.

Schedule is typically M-F 7am-3pm, with possible shift work after six months. As part of a progression program, you will train across SOPs, aiming to operate and maintain multiple positions and perform maintenance tasks on loading/unloading stations and conveyors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree in process technology preferred.
• Entry level – Chemical or Industrial Operations preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an industrial setting with mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload rail cars and barges; load trucks and rail cars; operate various equipment (front-end loaders, telehandlers, high lifts, Sennebogen, payloader).
• Cross-trained to perform all tasks at the facility; role is diverse and flexible.
• Adhere to EHS policies; wear PPE; report unsafe conditions and participate in safety meetings and training.
