The Mosaic Company, a leading fertilizer producer based in the United States, is hiring an Equipment Operator for its Rosemount, MN facility. The role involves unloading rail cars and barges, loading trucks and rail cars, and operating equipment such as front-end loaders, telehandlers, and other heavy machinery.

You will work a varied schedule and be cross-trained across SOPs and maintenance tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), 1–2 years of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; associate degree in process technology preferred.
• Entry level - Chemical or Industrial Operations preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in industrial setting and operating mobile equipment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload rail cars and barges; load trucks and rail cars; operate equipment such as front-end loaders and telehandlers.
• Maintain safety compliance and participate in safety meetings and trainings; demonstrate teamwork and continuous learning.
• Progress through SOPs; gain competency in additional operator and maintenance positions.
• Perform routine maintenance on loading/unloading stations, relief valves, and conveyor belt systems.
