Job summary

Unknown company in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Principal Planner to lead supply chain planning at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will own master scheduling and inventory planning, partnering with Operations to ensure on-time delivery and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 10+ years of global manufacturing experience.
• MRP expertise with accurate planning signals.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle EBS ASCP.
• Agile environment experience and ability to train others.
• Willing to relocate to Rochester, NH.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
• Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations with minimal supervision.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership.
• Act as escalation point within Planning, influencing cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

APICS certification would be a plus
