Vintage Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Windsor team. The role focuses on general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across multiple properties in Northern Colorado.

Ideal candidates bring practical maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused approach while working outdoors and indoors. On-site, full-time position with on-call rotation and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation (truck preferred) to travel between properties in Northern Colorado.
• Must supply own tools.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards
• Respond to maintenance requests and occasional on-call needs
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with residents and team members
