Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across multiple properties in Colorado.

You will use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC skills to keep facilities safe and functional. The role includes driving a company vehicle, traveling between sites, completing work orders, and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or degree/certification preferred; experience in landscaping, trades, or related field.
• Two to five years of general maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Paint, drywall, and maintain walls, floors, doors for facility upkeep.
• Use handheld devices to access work orders and submit reports.
• Drive company vehicle between customer sites and coordinate with clients.
