Hayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to oversee the social services for residents across St. Louis, MO properties.

The role focuses on connecting residents with programs and services that promote independence, stability, and quality of life, while ensuring compliance and reporting requirements. The position requires a valid driver’s license and insurance to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and connecting people with resources.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, agencies, and providers.
• Organized, dependable, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in social services, case management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Connect residents with community resources and services.
• Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and organizations.
• Coordinate resident programs, workshops, and events.
• Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, and financial assistance.
• Support resident independence and create a welcoming community.
• Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation.
