Finlays Solutions, a leader in beverage manufacturing, seeks a Director of Quality to oversee Quality Control, Sanitation, and Laboratory functions across five U.S. sites. You will drive standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement in tea, coffee, botanical, and fruit-based portfolios.

The role reports to the VP of Quality and requires strong leadership, budget management, and collaboration with Commercial and Regulatory teams. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field; 8+ years in Quality Management.
• Minimum 4+ years multisite leadership experience.
• Certifications: SQF, HACCP Level 3, PCQI; Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality & Food Safety across five U.S. sites with strategic direction.
• Oversee QA labs, ensure compliance with HACCP and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-of-nonconformance programs.
• Manage budgets, teams, and training programs.
• Collaborate with Commercial and external partners.
