Job summary

Finlays Solutions seeks a Director of Quality to lead quality control, sanitation, and laboratory functions across five U.S. sites. You will drive standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement while ensuring GFSI, regulatory, and customer requirements are met.

You will report to the VP of Quality and oversee budgets, people leadership, and cross-site collaboration to build a high-performing team aligned with Finlays values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality Management including 4+ years multisite leadership.
• Certifications: SQF, HACCP Level 3, PCQI, Lead Auditor; Food Defense/Fraud preferred.
• GMP/GFSI knowledge and food safety systems.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and lead cross-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, food safety, sanitation, and lab functions across five U.S. sites.
• Oversee QC lab operations and analytics to guide material and product decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, budget management, and resource planning.
• Develop training and capability frameworks; mentor and coach staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and customer technical requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Commercial and operations to elevate quality programs.
