Signature Health Inc. in Ohio seeks a Pharmacy Technician, Float to assist pharmacists across locations, support medication preparation, inventory management, and patient records while delivering courteous service.

You will perform data entry, labeling, packaging, ship orders, maintain records, process third-party claims, and help ensure compliance with laws. Ohio license required; BLS; 1+ year retail customer service; flexibility for evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required; national cert preferred.
• 1+ year customer service in retail; 3-5+ years Pharmacy Technician in retail preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Basic computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in prescription filling, data entry, packaging and labeling, and completing prescriptions for patients at Signature Health locations.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery of pharmacy orders to patients.
• Maintain drug inventory: ordering, receiving, storing, and paperwork.
• Provide high quality customer service and handle pharmacy inquiries in person and by phone.
• Maintain patient and prescription records and transmit third-party insurance claims.
