Job summary

Genoa Healthcare seeks a Float Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing prescriptions and performing clerical duties under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Location is Tampa, FL with coverage across New Port Richey, Clearwater, St. Pete, Lakeland and Winter Haven. The role requires a Florida Pharmacy Technician license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida.
• Access to reliable transportation with valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cover all sites in the Tampa area and nearby locations.
• Fill prescription orders under direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and storing pharmacy supplies.
