Job summary

The role supports wholesale and retail customers, resolves concerns, and aims to exceed sales targets while maintaining store standards.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin‑Williams rating of at least Meets Expectations.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and offering suitable products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and product placement.
• Stock shelves, pull products, tint and mix as needed.
• Maintain clean, in-stock, presentable areas and assist in deliveries.
