Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our orthopedic frontline team. The role involves greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-ups and referrals, and supporting clerical tasks across a multi-site region on the east side.

The position requires strong computer skills, good communication, and the ability to handling busy environments. Candidates should be able to work diverse shifts and maintain patient confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles for patient safety
• Proficient with telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photocopier and fax machine

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk and assist with check-in/out
• Collect co-pays and verify patient information
• Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
• Support departmental clerical duties and charting
