Job summary

PSC Group seeks a Manager, Roving Operations to oversee and lead on-site teams across West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. The role requires frequent travel (~50%) to multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

You will coordinate resources, mentor supervisors, and align policies with company goals while promoting continuous improvement and compliance with PPE and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations across multiple sites in WV, OH and PA to ensure efficiency, quality and safety.
• Leads supervisors and team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Travel between sites approximately 50% to provide leadership and oversight.
• Develops policies, procedures, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
• Coordinates resources, schedules, and workflows to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partners with Safety, HR, and other departments to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
