Job summary

Delaware Valley Management is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary practice with offices in Bala Cynwyd, PA and Newtown, PA. The role combines clinical and front office tasks in a rotating schedule, providing information and assistance to patients and supporting the physician.

You will handle chart prep, patient intake, and basic exams, while gaining exposure to billing and insurance processes. Travel between offices is required for training and coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office.
• Experience with EMR and medical terminology is expected.
• Prior experience in a specific medical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all digital patient records.
• Prep patient charts before appointments.
• Check-in and check-out patients.
• Understand billing processes.
• Understand insurance processes.
• Reschedule appointments as needed.
• Assist the manager with medical inventory and orders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the physician.
• Travel between offices may be required.
