Job summary

Resource Label Group seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead operations across multiple manufacturing sites in the Pacific Northwest, including Lake Oswego, OR. The role emphasizes standardizing processes, boosting efficiency and profitability while ensuring safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, with success in high-volume, low-margin environments and a proven record of driving strategic initiatives, asset optimization and cultural transformation to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, including multi-site P&L responsibility.
• High-volume, low-margin manufacturing; packaging or printing experience preferred.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% to oversee and manage sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L for multiple manufacturing locations with profitability and growth focus.
• Drive standardization and structure by implementing best practices across sites.
• Establish and track KPIs for safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery.
• Implement lean, Six Sigma and automation to improve efficiency and asset utilization.
• Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
• Promote ERP, MES and other digital tools for operational optimization.
• Ensure operations meet customer expectations with high quality and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing with business goals.
• Lead change management and develop leadership pipelines.
