The schedule is mainly daytime Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours work.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, refrigeration, restaurant equipment, or related trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Willingness to learn Dairy Queen equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Complete maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Coordinate repairs involving building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and maintain records of work.
