Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to support Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons and Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. You will perform maintenance repairs across several communities, ensuring five-star service and safety.

The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool care with on-call rotation. On-site teams emphasize reliability, teamwork, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of building systems and service orientation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate in English.
• Experience as apartment turn/make ready/work order technician is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain supplies.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect for hazards and report to Facilities/Service Manager.
• Share on-call duty and respond in uniform when needed.
