Gatehouse Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Casa Familia community in Miami, FL. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.

We require at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, familiarity with HVAC, EPA regulations, and adherence to safety guidelines. The position is full-time, on-site, with a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Must wear back support belt and safety equipment as tasks dictate.
• 40 hours per week; weekends as required; on-call rotates for emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community safe and functional.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Inspect utilities, HVAC, and plumbing; report major repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed.
• Follow OSHA/ADA and company policies in all tasks.
