Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards in a San Diego property. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certifications.

You will handle work orders, make-readies, and maintain outdoor spaces while on a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-readies for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper documentation for service requests.
