Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties in Milford, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards and applicable laws. The role covers basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior maintenance, and appliance repairs, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Must have own tools.
• Boiler and HVAC experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Handles service requests for repairs and improvements;
• Prepares vacant apartments to market-ready conditions;
• Performs non-technical tasks such as exterior cleaning, ground equipment repair, caulking, painting and lock repair;
• Responsible for interior/exterior and common areas cleaning of apartment communities;
• On-call emergency maintenance rotation required;
• Shoveling snow;
• Complete other tasks as assigned
