Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations and employees across multiple customer locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop janitorial team members.
• Visit assigned customer sites regularly to ensure service and quality standards.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Manage employee schedules and staffing within labor budgets.
• Conduct quality-control inspections and site visits.
• Lead new-hire orientation and safety training.
• Review performance and create development plans.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain required operational documentation.
